| Description: | Any non-rebuilt component will be inspected and tested to ensure they are operational at time of commissioning. It is also our intent to prepare the truck for final testing in our yard which will include full load electrical testing. All wiring will be repaired or replaced as required to ensure operational reliability. Frayed or worn hydraulic lines will be replaced with new. Serial numbers for components on each unit will be recorded and sent with the final documentation. Components that have been reused will have the hours identified from the previous owners and may not be a true reflection of actual. Warranty: Rebuilder offers a 100 percent labor warranty against defects in workmanship of the components we rebuild for a period of 1 year or 5,000 hours whichever is less. New parts used in the rebuild will be covered by the standard Komatsu Parts Warranty which is 1500 hours. Any reused parts will not carry warranty replacement. Wheel motors and Main Alternator are warranted for a period of one year unlimited hours. |
